Alika Gambill

Alika Gambill has proudly served Journey to Solutions for the past three years and currently holds the position of Vice President. Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, Alika brings a unique combination of lived experience, leadership, and a deep passion for helping others. After overcoming 20 years of addiction, he discovered a renewed sense of identity and purpose, inspiring his commitment to helping others find freedom through recovery.

Beginning his professional journey as a Peer Support Specialist, Alika has dedicated his life to serving individuals and families impacted by addiction. As a certified group facilitator and recovery advocate, he is passionate about expanding access to treatment and recovery resources nationwide. Above all, Alika considers his greatest blessings to be his roles as a devoted husband and father, living proof that recovery restores lives, reveals purpose, and builds lasting legacies.
